COVID-19 PDAs - Non-Members

Not a current ASVA member but want to take advantage of up to 6 free PDAs?

The Board of Directors recognizes that many acupuncturists are facing financial hardship amid the COVID-19 pandemic. As a result, we are offering a one-time discount on membership. The COVID-19 Relief membership allows potential members to join for a limited 3 month period for only $45.

(A) Annual Membership- Licensed Acupuncturist - $200.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year Automatic renewal (recurring payments) VOTING MEMBER

Any individual holding a current, active Virginia State Acupuncture License is eligible for Professional Member status. A Professional Member must maintain a Virginia State Acupuncture License in good standing at all times to remain a Professional Member.

(B) Annual Membership - Student - $15.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments NON-VOTING MEMBER - Please note that the Student Membership is intended for undergraduate students. Licensed Acupuncturists attending graduate school should join at the Professional Level.

Any individual who is currently enrolled as an undergraduate student in a school of Acupuncture and East Asian Medicine whose curriculum meets or exceeds the requirements of the State in which it is located and meets the criteria which will allow the student to sit for National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM) examination or its equivalent are eligible for status as a Student Member.

(C) Quarterly Membership - Licensed Acupuncturist - $55.00 (USD) Subscription period: Quarterly Automatic renewal (recurring payments) MEMBERSHIP WILL EXPIRE AFTER 3 MONTHS.

ASVA's most flexible plan for new practitioners and those in transition between practices or positions.

(D) Monthly Membership - Licensed Acupuncturist - $18.00 (USD) Subscription period: Monthly Automatic renewal (recurring payments) VOTING MEMBER

Any individual holding a current, active Virginia State Acupuncture License is eligible for Professional Member status. A Professional Member must maintain a Virginia State Acupuncture License in good standing at all times to remain a Professional Member.

Allied Health Care Membership - $100.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year Automatic renewal (recurring payments) NON-VOTING MEMBER

Any individual who meets State requirements for licensure, certification, or registration as a health care provider other than L.Ac. and supports the principles and purposes of ASVA are eligible for status as an Allied Health Professional Member.

Business Membership - $300.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year Automatic renewal (recurring payments) NON-VOTING MEMBER

Any entity engaged in a trade, industry service, or profession related to or supportive of the acupuncture industry that meets the qualifications established by the Board, is eligible for status as Business Member.

Institutional Membership - $350.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year Automatic renewal (recurring payments) NON-VOTING MEMBER

Any association or corporation accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (ACAOM) to teach acupuncture and East Asian Medicine which meet the qualifications established by the Board, is eligible for status as an Institutional Member.

Public Membership - $75.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year Automatic renewal (recurring payments) NON-VOTING MEMBER

Any individual, association, corporation, or entity that does not qualify for or does not wish to participate in any of the above Membership Categories but supports the principles and purposes of ASVA is eligible for status as a Public Member.
