Seminar Prices
The ASVA Fall Seminar is comprised of two separate events- Day 1 Fertility (4 speakers) and Day 2- Practice Management (1 speaker-Lorne Brown). Registration and continuing education credits are different for each day. You may register for one day or both using the options below. ABORM credits are only good for the Fertility Track.
Early Bird Rate extended to August 1st! (Regular Rate after August 1st)
Option A: BOTH DAYS of Seminar (Fertility and Practice Management Tracks) 14 Total NCCAOM PDA, 8 ABORM CEUs: $300 / ($320)
Option B: DAY 1 Roots (Fertility Track) 8 NCCAOM PDAs and 8 ABORM CEUs ONLY: $150/ ($175)
Option C: DAY 2 Branches (Practice Management Track), 6 NCCAOM PDAs ONLY: $150 / ($175)
Extra $50 for registration day of event if space is available. We encourage you to check with us ahead of time. There are no additional discounts for this registration after early registration ends. Payment for registration is due one month prior to event unless arrangements have been made or there is the risk of cancellation.
Cancellation Policy: One month prior to the seminar date: full refund minus $50 cancellation fee. One month to one week prior: 60% of tuition will be refunded. Less than one week prior or non-attendance: No refunds or partial PDA/CEU credit.
